COOKING CLASSES
Serious cooks know they can go off to France and take immersion courses, but few realise that it is possible to take quickie cooking classes: a few hours, a half day or a day and still have lots of time to see Paris.

Several options are available for the amateur chez at one of the world's most famous hotels: cooking, patisserie, wine and even perfumes! Among the options on offer are:

♦   General cooking workshop. One Wednesday per month from 7:30pm to 10pm, €100

♦   "Samedi du Ritz" (Ritz Saturday) every Saturday from 9am to 1pm or 2:30pm to 6:30pm, €132

♦   "Marmiton" workshop for children 6 to 11 years old. Wednesdays 2.30pm, €90

These courses are aimed at the amateur chef, wanting to improve their skills under the close eye of a 3 star, restaurant owning, chef. Three options are available , half day morning, half day afternoon and full day.

♦   Morning or afternoon, cooking or pastry, depending on the schedule you choose. Less dense then our full day sessions, these sessions will allow you to prepare two recipes and taste them in the relaxed environment. Prices: whole day - from €315, half day - from €165
